5) Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract execution

According to Article 6 (1) (l). b DSGVO, personal data will be continued to be collected and processed if you provide them to us for the purpose of entering into an agreement or opening a customer account. The kind of information to be collected can be seen on the respective input form. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and you can be done by sending an email to the responsible person, as disclosed at the top of this page. We store and use the information you have provided for the execution of the contract. 8) Use of your data for direct advertising

8.1 Registration for our newsletter via email

If you subscribe to our newsletter via email, we will regularly send you information about our offers. Required information to send the newsletter is only your email address. The submission of further information is optional and will only be used to address you personally. To send the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. 9) Data processing for order processing

The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the treatment conducted on the basis of the consent until the revocation;

Right to complain in accordance with Article 77 GDPR: If you consider that the processing of personal data is contrary to the GDPR, you have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority – especially with regard to an administrative or legal remedy – especially in the member state of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
